two days later

Sally looked at the poster in her hand. To day would be the best day to post this. She giggled. WuFei would kill her.

Duo leaned against the wall of the women's locker room. He had his baseball cap pulled down over his eyes as if to hide his face. Not the braid was a dead give away. He crossed his arms and sighed.

"Hil, honey are you done yet?"
"Just about." came the muffled reply.

"Good, I feel exposed out here."
He heard her giggle and say, "Hmm, I'd like to expose you, Duo."

He stood up straight and tipped his hat up. "Is that a promise, babe?"

She stepped out of the door and smiled," All done."
He looked at her expectantly. "Well..."
She looked up, "Well, what?" She asked nonchalantly, grinning, slightly.

Duo's face flushed. He loved her games, but he hated to have to ask.

She reached up and slid her fingers over his face. "Hmmm, Yes! But....."
"But...?"
"Not right now.....That tour is coming though and you and I get to be guides for the potential recruits!"

Duo groaned. "I'd rather haul you off to our room and ......."
"Duo!" Hilde giggled as she pushed him back against the wall, and leaned up to kiss him. After they released their kiss, Hilde looked at him, slyly, "Will that hold you for now?"
He nodded, slightly breathless.

"Good, let's go impress some young minds."

A little bit later......

Sally checked the locker room. Hilde had done an excellent job. She had hoped Duo had done his also. Wufei would be shocked! She walked to the break room and opened the door. If someone was in here she couldn't do it. She had to put this full length poster up. It was empty. She sighed with relief.

She pinned it up on the door and stepped back. She crossed her arms, and licked her lips. There he was in all his glory. Damn he was hot!

He would never speak to her again. Maybe. And then, maybe not.

The noise was intolerable. Wu Fei looked around at all the kids in the Preventers Office. They were giggling and talking so loudly he couldn't think. He was about to yell shut up when Une came from her Office.

She cleared her throat, and waited a moment before continuing.

She addressed the kids. "Hello. I'm so glad that you have came to see what it is like to be a Preventer. I hope you will be impressed." She paused a moment and looked around. She saw WuFei standing near the door . She crooked her finger at him.
He sighed. What was the evil psychotic onna want him to do now?
Just as he approached, there was a commotion at the door and Duo and Hilde walked through.

Some of the girls squealed and the boys gawked.
Une got their attention again. "This is WuFei, I'll have him guide some of you around."
Some of the girls recognized him from the uniform poster and for the various schools.

"It's him!"
Oh, my god. He is real."
They clambered to his side., eager to take the tour with such a handsome guide.

She then turned to Duo and Hilde. "Here are your other Guides. Duo" Who nodded. "And Hilde." Who smiled at them.

Duo frowned as he looked at the boys. They were staring at Hilde. The girls he could handle, but the boys......

Sally hurried down the hall way, and stopped dead in her tracks. "UH oh!"

She forgot this was new Recruit day. She thought about the locker rooms and the break room. She ran her hand over her face. She sighed, "Well, there's no way out of this one." Maybe they would skip the locker rooms and the break room. She sneaked a peek around the corner and saw the guides. "Shit. Nope ! I'm dead meat."

Duo watched the boys as they followed Hilde like lost puppies. She was oblivious to their looks and stares. She was explaining things, when one girl came up to duo and asked. "You and Her are partners?"
He nodded absently.

"Would I get a partner like you, if I joined?"
Duo shrugged. I don't know?"

"Oh. OK." She turned back to listen to Hilde. She raised her hand. "Miss Hilde! "
Hilde looked at her and smiled. "Yes?"
"How did you get a partner like him. He's so fine looking."
Hilde looked over at Duo and flashed him her best smile." I got lucky I guess."

They exchanged looks and Duo smiled.

One of the boys grabbed Hilde’s hand. "Hey! Is this a wedding ring?"
She nodded. She was barraged with Questions.

"Who are you married to?"
"You can be married and A Preventer too?"
"How long have you been married?"
"Can you get a divorce?"
Duo stepped up and Put his arm around her shoulder. "She's married to me."
The boys and girls all groaned.

One boy mumbled as he looked at them. "All the good ones are taken."
He was promptly hit by several of the girls.

"Ow!"

Hilde giggled and took Duo's hand, "Well, lets get on to the tour."

Sally hurried back to the break room. She shook her head. She knew he would bring them there last and she wanted to see his face. She slid in the door and sat down. Several of the others were in the room.
"Sal! What an awesome pic of WuFei.! Where did you get it?"
Sally grinned." I can't tell you......"

When Hilde and Duo got the locker rooms, Hilde looked at Duo. "OK, guys here are our locker rooms. Duo..."
"Gottcha, babe." He said as he winked at her." Come on, boys." He lead them into the room.

He stood and watched them as the meandered through the locker room.

One boy looked at the picture of WuFei hanging on one of the lockers. "Is he you guys inspiration?"

Duo laughed. "No, this is a practical joke of sorts."
Another boy looked at Duo and asked. "If I join the Preventers. I can look like this , too?"

Duo smiled. "Only with hard work and dedication."
The boy nodded.

"Well, let's go meet Hil and the girls."
He ushered them out the door.

Hilde grinned when the girls stopped dead in their tracks and looked at the pictures of WuFei all over the locker.

"Whoa! He is so hot!"

"He came to our school."
"Is he single?"
"Yes, but ...."
"OH, he has a girlfriend....."
"Welllllllll......" Hilde scratched her head. "Yes" She finally said.

"Why is he all over the locker room, she said as she surveyed the room.

"A practical joke,"
One girl grinned as she looked at Hilde. "You can do that?"
Hilde nodded , "As long as you don't hurt someone."
"That's it, I'm joining. I'll graduate in May. I'll be here."
"This is so cool, and so is the picture!"
"Come on, just a few more places to see them we'll go to the break room and have a treat."

They went out and met Duo and the boys , and continued on.

Sally sat nervously waiting for WuFei and his tour to come. She fiddled with the TV remote, then the coffee pot. Some Preventers came in and out. Some laughed at the poster, some oo'd and ah'ed.

Most were glad they weren't in Maxwell’s shoes. Sally giggled, wait till they find out it was her.

Wu Fei pushed open the door to the break room and let the kids in. Sally sat up as the door closed and the poster stuck out like a sore thumb.

"Help yourselves to cookies and Juice." He said as he waved his hand to the table with the food on it.

He frowned at the utter silence in the small room and turned around. His jaw dropped open and He found himself staring at the most embarrassing picture of himself he could ever imagin. His flushed bright red.

It took him a few moments to compose himself, then He yelled. "MAXWELL!!!!!!!!"

Sally's mouth opened and she was going to say something , when he hollered out Duo's name.

Hilde looked at Duo. "Wasn't that WuFei?"
Duo cocked an eyebrow at Hilde. "Sounded like him."
